MY FAMILY

Hi!  Welcome to my 3rd grade web page.  I began teaching in Weleetka Primary in August of 1988.  I have taught 3rd grade for 25 years. I moved over to start teaching 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grade Math in 2014. I have a husband named Jerry and three wonderful daughters, Kimber, Kylie, and Katelyn. My daughter Kimber is a nurse, my daughter Kylie is a Senior AT NSU this year, and Katelyn is in tenth grade this year. My husband and I were blessed with two beautiful granddaughters named Kamryn who is five years old and Karsyn that is three years old.  I love to spend time with my family attending sporting events and church.  We are loyal fans of the Weleetka Outlaws!!  I collect bulldogs, love to ride ATV's and waverunners, and shopping with my mom and girls.  I love seeing my students grow over the year in their educational and personal maturity while in elementary school.  I am so excited to be in our wonderful new building with our new learning tools.

MY EDUCATION

I graduated from Okmulgee High School in May of 1984.  I attended East Central University in Ada, OK for four years.  I graduated from ECU in May of 1988 with a degree in Elementary Education.  I began my teaching career at Weleetka Schools.  My learning is never complete though, I attend workshops every year in various areas of education in hopes of bettering my teaching.
